Payment & Cancellation Policy
Tuition is charged on a monthly basis. Aerials requires customers to keep a valid credit card on file for automatic recurring payments. Please be aware that refunds are not available after an auto payment has been processed.
Customers enrolled in recreational classes are given priority when it comes to choosing their child's class day and time. Auto payments are processed on the 25th of the month prior to the class to ensure your child's spot.
All teams, including DP, Xcel, Boys, and pre-teams, have their auto payments scheduled for the 1st of each month.
If you decide to unenroll your child from class, the auto debiting process will cease. We kindly ask that you notify the office no later than the 24th of the month to terminate the auto debit. We apologize, but once the auto debit is processed, refunds are not available. However, we will credit your account for when you may return.
Weather policy
Aerials gymnastics will adhere to the closure schedule of Academy District 20 for morning sessions. If Academy District 20 is closed in the morning, we will cancel our preschool classes for that time. We will reassess the situation and determine whether to cancel afternoon classes by 12 pm. In the event that Academy District 20 experiences a two-hour delay, morning classes will proceed as scheduled.
Make-up Policy
Makeup classes are offered solely when the gym is closed due to inclement weather or special events. At this time, we do not accommodate makeups for classes missed individually.
