Held in our safe and fully equipped preschool gymnastics gym, this class focuses on the foundational skills of Parkour-jumping, climbing, balancing, rolling, and creative movement. Students build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning how to move efficiently and safely throughy obstacle-based challenges designed just for them.

Our Parkour Team is designed for dedicated athletes who are passionate about training and competing in the sport of
Parkour. Team selection is based on both skill level and an athlete's committment to compete. Team members will have the oppurtunity to participate in local competitions offered by Rocky Mountain Parkour Competitions, (RMPC)
