OUR HISTORY
Tom and Lori Forster founded Aerials in 1983 in a small warehouse on the east side of Colorado Springs. Over the years, they built a thriving program that grew to serve more than 1,000 students across multiple locations in the city. Alongside their dedicated staff, they developed some of the most successful gymnastics teams in Colorado, producing over 40 scholarship recipients, numerous state champions, multiple national champions and seven national team members.
Their athletes went on to compete in three World Championships, the Pan American games, and the 1996 Olympic Trials.

New Owners Kathy Vigil & Jason Baits
Kathy & Jason have been coaching at Aerials Gymnastics for 37 and 32 years ,respectively. With decades of experience and a shared passion for the sport, they've dedicated their careers to developing gymnasts from preschool beginners all the way to the elite level.
Together, they've coached 10 Junior Olympic National Champions and guided over 40 athletes to earn college scholarships.
What drives them isn't just medals or scores-it's the opportunity to shape confident, resilient young athletes.

OUR FACILITY
Aerials boasts a spacious 24,000 square foot facility, dedicated to delivering an unparalleled training experience for every gymnast and parkour enthusiast. We offer specially designed equipment for our smallest preschool gymnasts, alongside foam pits for competitive athletes mastering advanced skills, ensuring they have everything necessary to make safe progress.
