5-3-12: Parking Note for this weekend's meet at Adrenaline Gymnastics:  Do NOT park in O'Reilly Auto Parts Parking Lot as you will be towed if you are not a customer. 

5-3-12: Also, it may be fun to go out to dinner/lunch after the meet.  If you are up for it, keep your eyes open for some kid-friendly restaurants in the area.  Usually these "after meet" meals are sporatic, so parents please coordinate with each other if you are interested in going out together.  The coaches love joining in when they can!  -Trisha 

4-30-12: A reminder about our Connect Program.  It is a 1 hour "open" gym time where the girls can work on their current skills.  I have recently decided that  the team girls can come in up to 30 minutes early to work on strength if they want (they know where the spare strength lists are).  Wednesdays, 6:45-7:45pm.  Also, Saturdays from 11:30am-12:30pm.  This is a great time for them to work independently!  -Trisha

3-26-12: We have been encouraging the girls to stretch more and more at home.  Especially splits and hips!  Also, as we get closer to competing, your daughter may start to feel nervous or uncertain.  Encourage her to visualize her routines and say key words to herself while doing this.  Visualization and positive thinking are powerful tools!  -Trisha, Amy and Ashley.
